At our September Science lessons 3A and 3B students made projects on the five basic tastes.
There are five universally accepted basic tastes: sweet, salty, sour, bitter, and umami. They stimulate and are perceived by our taste buds.
Our students made the posters on the topic and shared their knowledge with their peers. They were excited about the name of the taste “umami” as they didn’t know it before.
