“What do plants need for growth” is an exciting topic for young learners. The best time to work on this project is now. The project is a perfect example for introducing students to the fascinating world of plants, leaves, and climate conservation.
The first graders made their models and learnt about photosynthesis and the four cores of the needs of the plants.
At the same time they have learnt such new words as “soil, air, water, and sunlight”.
They are studying the similar topic in their Russian Nature Study classes, thus complementing our Science classes.
